Overview

The LKL Advance Metaltech Hospital A&E Patient Transport Trolley (Model: PT4000-GS9) is a premium, heavy-duty mobile unit engineered specifically for emergency departments and acute care environments. Constructed from a high-strength combination of aluminum alloy pressings and premium steel, the trolley features a durable compact PU board platform and boasts a load capacity of up to 180kg. Designed for swift maneuverability and precise control, it is equipped with 150mm swivel twin-wheel castors featuring a central locking system and specialized 5th wheel navigation technology. For patient positioning, the trolley utilizes a reliable mechanical crank system for height adjustment (Hi-Lo: 560–890mm) and a smooth gas spring pneumatic backrest that adjusts from 0° to 75°. Patient safety and versatility are prioritized through plastic side rails featuring a robust double locking system. These side rails can be locked horizontally to serve as functional armrests. Key diagnostic and utility features integrated directly into the design include an embedded backrest angle indicator, a 140mm diameter oxygen tank holder, an IV stand hole, a 4-hook IV drip pole, and a 70mm thick waterproof, PU-polyester covered foam mattress.
