Designed and produced in Germany, the EndoMed Systems flexible endoscopy portfolio delivers a reliable, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solution for modern clinical diagnostics and precise surgical procedures. At the core of the lineup is the COMBO-3 system, which centers around an all-in-one compact video processor featuring an integrated LED light source, a built-in insufflation pump, and a specialized vessel enhancement function to optimize gastrointestinal observation. This processor works seamlessly with a dedicated suite of Full HD gastroscopes, colonoscopes, duodenoscopes, and bronchoscopes. For ENT and swallowing diagnostics, the portfolio offers advanced fiber-optic nasopharyngoscopes alongside a highly portable, lightweight HD video nasopharyngoscope that features plug-and-play USB connectivity and integrated image capture suitable for both adult and pediatric patients. Beyond diagnostic scopes, the ecosystem includes advanced high-frequency electrosurgical units, such as the ECUT 200Touch, 300S, and 400S, which provide programmable, adaptive power control for precise monopolar and bipolar operations, with select models supporting simultaneous twin-operative activity and Argon gas compatibility. These therapeutic technologies are supported by the ultra-quiet VACO SP120 suction pump, which operates with specialized noise dampening at an incredibly low 39.4 dB. The entire system is completed by medically certified ENM-20 series monitors, available in sizes up to 55 inches with 4K resolution and flat front surfaces for easy wipe-down disinfection, all housed securely on modular, highly mobile SYMBIO or UNICART endoscopy trolleys.
